Piedmont Language School is committed to preparing and inspiring children for continued study, work and citizenship in our global community. We support, advocate and create opportunities for world language learning and cultural exposure.”

Piedmont Language School is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded more than 40 years ago by Piedmont parents. We offer classes in Spanish and Mandarin to children from TK through 7th grade.

We offer Mandarin classes after school, and we offer Spanish classes before school, on-site at Piedmont Unified School District classrooms. We also offer an adult Mandarin class in the evenings.

In addition to our language programs, we champion language and culture in the community, and we support the school district by raising funds to advocate best practices and innovative thinking in the classroom.

Piedmont Language School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
